The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2026 notification for 25,487 vacancies across various forces including BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR and SSF. Candidates from across India who have passed Matriculation or Class 10 from a recognized board are eligible to apply. The age limit is 18 to 23 years as on 01 January 2026, with applicable age relaxations as per rules. Selected candidates will receive a salary under Pay Level-3, ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month. The online application process starts on 01 December 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025. The tentative Computer Based Examination (CBE) is scheduled between February and April 2026.
